Anyone else had delivery issues with StillDragon Europe?

I’m having an issue with a damaged delivery and whose responsibility it is that I received damaged goods? Spoiler alert StillDragon EU says it’s not their problem and it’s totally my risk as the customer. Anyone else had that experience?

  • I'd say this is something to be dealt individually with their support and not in a public forum. SD Europe is know for offering excellent support within their abilities and if there has been a transport incidence, it surely came with insurance. Just give it time to unfold.
